1. Adults only 🔞
LustHour is intended only for adults age 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age required in your location to access adult-oriented services.
2. AI entertainment service
LustHour provides fictional AI characters for private entertainment and companionship. Characters are not real people, do not have physical bodies, and cannot meet you, perform real-world actions, or form legal or professional relationships.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information supplied during registration must be accurate enough for us to provide and secure the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LustHour to request, create, facilitate, promote, or distribute illegal content or activity. This includes sexual content involving minors or ambiguous-age persons, non-consensual sexual activity, trafficking or exploitation, or material that unlawfully violates another person's rights.
5. User-provided content
You must have the right to submit anything you provide to LustHour. Do not submit content involving another person without the rights and consent required by law. LustHour may block, remove, or restrict content when needed for safety, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, or enforcement of these Terms.
6. AI limitations
AI responses can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Do not rely on LustHour for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Conversation continuity and memory features may also occasionally be incomplete.
7. Paid access
When paid plans are enabled, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable limits will be shown before purchase. Usage may be subject to reasonable fair-use and anti-abuse limits. Additional payment-provider terms may also apply at checkout.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, payment relationships, or legal compliance. You may delete your account through the account page.
9. Service availability
LustHour may change, interrupt, or discontinue features as the service develops. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
