1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use LustHour, we may process account information such as your name and email address, authentication and session data, plan/access information, chat messages, saved conversation history, character memories, security and anti-abuse data, and technical information required to operate the service.
2. Guest and browser data
LustHour uses browser storage and cookies for features such as the guest preview, adult-age confirmation, theme preference, login sessions, and local conversation continuity. Some cookies are necessary for security and access control.
3. Conversations and AI processing
Chat text must be processed by our AI service providers in order to generate replies. Premium conversation history and selected non-sensitive character memories may also be stored so conversations can continue across sessions.
4. Image attachments
In the current version of LustHour, image attachments are not understood by the AI and are not stored in the account's D1 chat history. A local browser preview may remain on the device as part of local conversation storage until the chat is cleared.
5. Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and chats, remember user preferences, deliver paid access when enabled, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce safety rules, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal or payment-provider obligations.
6. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, email, AI, payment, security, analytics, and storage providers to operate LustHour. These providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or payment records. Users can clear saved chats and character memories and can delete their LustHour account from the account page.
8. Adults only
LustHour is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has provided personal information, we may remove the account and associated information as required.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect accounts and data, including password hashing, session controls, server-side access checks, rate limits, and restricted administrative tools. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
